Erin is an associate lawyer practising in the firm’s business law department with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate commercial law.
Erin practices in the area of corporate/commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate commercial law, including corporate organization and corporate governance matters.
Erin completed her articles with MLT Aikins and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2021. Throughout law school, Erin was an editor with the Manitoba Law Journal and the Asper Review of International Business and Trade Law. Prior to law school, Erin completed an advanced degree in political studies from the University of Manitoba and worked at the Centre for Defence and Security Studies where she was involved in the creation of a database on Canadian sanctions.
