Jeffrey maintains a general corporate and commercial law practice, advising founders, investors and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate governance and commercial agreements across a variety of industries.
Jeffrey obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall in 2025. Prior to law school, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in political studies from Queen’s University.
