Joe’s practice focuses on guiding clients through the complexities of capital-raising, including public offerings and private placements and advising on securities regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations. He routinely represents private clients in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, from initial due diligence and negotiation through to a successful closing.
