Joyce is a corporate paralegal with nearly 20 years of experience in various areas of law. Her work includes corporate filings, business name registrations, incorporations, simple amalgamations and other aspects of corporate management.
Joyce began her legal career in 2000, and since then has had a variety of experience including in the areas of corporate/commercial law and real estate transactions.
Her current role with the firm focuses on corporate management, including minute book reviews, corporate filings, business and partnership registrations and incorporations.
Her diverse work background means Joyce has experience searching and filing with the Manitoba Property Registry for residential real estate; preparing agreements; assisting with commercial real estate transactions including expropriations and land development; and filing documents with the Companies Office in Manitoba and the Personal Property Registry Office.
