Juanita is a corporate paralegal based out of the firm’s Winnipeg office.
Juanita has extensive experience handling extra-provincial work, including: extra-provincial registrations of corporations, registrations of limited partnerships, business names and corporate filings. She also conducts basic minute book reviews and preparing dividends, among other matters.
Juanita has been with the firm for eight years and previously worked as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal in the Philippines for eight years.
