Krista is a paralegal at the firm’s Winnipeg office, with extensive experience in securities and corporate law. She plays a vital role in assisting both internal lawyers and external clients with a wide range of securities-related matters, including public offerings, continuous disclosure, exempt offerings, and insider reporting. Krista is also responsible for conducting in-depth research on securities requirements and precedents, as well as performing searches related to public disclosure documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

In addition to her securities expertise, Krista has a strong background in all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax reorganizations, and due diligence reviews. She handles incorporations, continuances, dissolutions, and other routine corporate proceedings under Manitoba and Federal legislation for private, public, and foreign corporations.
