Luc has appeared before various courts and tribunals, including the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and Provincial Court of Saskatchewan. He maintains a broad practice focused on advising and working with Indigenous communities and organizations. Prior to his legal career, Luc was a geologist, equipping him with extensive knowledge of Saskatchewan’s Critical Mineral and Petroleum landscape.
Luc obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall in 2023. During law school, he completed the intensive program in Indigenous Lands, Resources & Governments where he spent seven weeks working with a First Nation in southern Ontario. He also served as a Senior Editor with the Osgoode Hall Law Journal.
Luc was involved in the research and writing of the first Supplement to the Guide for Lawyers Working with Indigenous Peoples, a joint collaboration between the Indigenous Bar Association, Law Society of Ontario and The Advocates’ Society.
