Marla practises in the areas of corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on advising large and small businesses, secured lending, commercial real estate acquisitions, development and financing, corporate finance and various related matters. In 2011, Marla was seconded as corporate counsel to True North Sports + Entertainment Limited and the Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club.
