Mihai has a wealth of experience in assisting creditors, trustee firms and corporate debtors with debt restructurings and realization processes, both in court and in insolvency related transactions. Mihai has also represented clients in commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, claims for breach of contract, breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, class actions and claims in fraud.

Mihai has appeared as lead counsel before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice. He is admitted to practise in British Columbia and in Alberta.
