Molly maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on insolvency and restructuring, and commercial litigation.

Molly joined MLT Aikins in May 2019. Her past legal work included a particular emphasis on the energy and construction industries.

She is experienced at preparing applications to be heard by the courts or in arbitrations, and drafting pleadings and opinions on various legal issues. Molly has appeared successfully before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal.

Molly’s community involvement includes volunteering at the Edmonton Community Legal Clinic offering accessible legal advice and information. She also provides summary legal advice for low-income individuals through the King’s Bench Amicus Project.
