Peyton is a corporate paralegal with nearly 10 years of legal experience, primarily supporting provincially registered, extra-provincially registered and federal entities in connection with incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, restorations, reorganizations, dissolutions, share transactions and other corporate matters.
She has experience supporting in-house legal teams with corporate governance, records management and regulatory compliance, including the maintenance of corporate records and minute books and the preparation and filing of provincial, federal and U.S. annual returns. Her broader experience includes commercial real estate matters, land title and registration matters, insurance and risk administration, and the preparation and review of commercial contracts and agreements.
