Prita Madan

With more than 15 years of patent experience, Prita routinely conducts interviews with inventors to obtain technical specifications, conducting prior art searches, drafting patent applications, prosecuting patent applications and drafting risk management opinions including freedom to operate and validity opinions. She also has experience in patent portfolio management including filing of patent applications in a multitude of jurisdictions as well as enforcing patent rights including search and technology watch.  

Prior to her work as a patent agent, Prita earned her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.
