Riley is an associate lawyer in the firm’s Calgary office.

Riley maintains a broad corporate and commercial practice. She has been involved in commercial lending transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She has also assisted with corporate governance matters, incorporations and drafting and advising on commercial agreements.

Riley obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2023. Prior to entering law school, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in sociology with minors in political studies and psychology at the University of Alberta – Augustana faculty.

Riley holds a certificate in workshops for Building Capacity for Reconciliation, an Indigenous Canada course certificate and the Diplôme d’Études en Langue Française (DELF) B2 certificate representing the highest level of proficiency in the French language for non-native speakers from the French Ministry for National Education.
