Riley maintains a broad corporate/commercial practice. She has been involved in banking and commercial lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, incorporations and drafting and advising on corporate and commercial agreements.

Riley obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2023. Prior to entering law school, she completed a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in sociology with minors in political studies and psychology at the University of Alberta – Augustana faculty.

Riley holds a certificate in workshops for Building Capacity for Reconciliation, an Indigenous Canada course certificate and the Diplôme d’Études en Langue Française (DELF) B2 certificate representing the highest level of proficiency in the French language for non-native speakers from the French Ministry for National Education.
