Sandee Singh

Sandee is a Real Estate Paralegal with extensive experience in residential real estate transactions. She has worked on a wide range of complex files, including purchases, sales, refinances, and development-related matters. Her work includes reviewing contracts, preparing legal documents, conducting due diligence searches, coordinating all aspects of transactional work, and managing all closing requirements. 

In addition to real estate, Sandee has experience across several other areas of law, giving her a strong foundation in legal procedures, document drafting, and file management. Her diverse background allows her to navigate intricate transactions, handle high-volume matters, and support attorneys with accuracy and efficiency. 

Sandee has certification in Cores Level I, APPRES and is also a Commissioner for Oaths in the Province of Alberta.
