Sarah focuses on commercial and residential real estate managing files from beginning to end of transactions including residential sales, purchases, refinances and new home construction. She has experience preparing real estate transactional and conveyance documents, including transfers, caveats, mortgages, refinancing related documents and all related documentation. Her work includes conducting all due diligence searches, preparing various land titles and closing documents, and preparing financing statements and co-ordinating registrations in the Personal Property Registry. Sarah also manages all incoming and outgoing funds, including calculation of funds required for closing, mortgage financing and other requirements.
