Sheldon advises a variety of businesses on general corporate and commercial matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, transactions, capital raisings, securities law and corporate governance. 

As a part of his mergers and acquisitions practice, Sheldon has advised both buyers and sellers. He has also assisted on mid-market asset and share deals in the range of $5- to $200-million. 

Sheldon’s corporate practice includes working with private and public companies in a range of industries and sectors. He provides guidance on structuring and the carrying out of share or asset deals, as well as assisting clients across capital markets. He also assists clients in drafting and advising on their commercial agreements. Sheldon’s experience allows him to recognize issues and provide practical solutions to help clients achieve their desired outcome. 

Sheldon provides assistance in all aspects of corporate structuring and governance. He has experience forming corporations and limited partnerships. His experience includes drafting and implementing various agreements to assist with the governance of a corporation, such as shareholder agreements and limited partnership agreements, as well as other similar agreements. Sheldon also has experience implementing various forms of corporate reorganizations.
