Shelly practises in the area of corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on commercial real estate, commercial financing and construction projects. Shelly has experience preparing and reviewing commercial agreements, including purchase agreements, leases, subleases and construction contracts.
Shelly previously worked for five years as a senior content strategist, where she helped her construction and real estate association clients develop and produce physical and digital content pieces.
