Sherry Yu

Sherry maintains a general labour and employment practice. She has experience advising employers – both unionized and non-unionized – on a broad range of workplace matters, including labour relations, discipline and termination, performance management, contract and policy review and human rights. Prior to joining the firm, Sherry worked in labour relations before returning to private practice with a management-side labour boutique.

Sherry was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2021. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2019. Prior to law school, Sherry received her Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of Toronto, specializing in management with minors in English and economics.
