April completed her Juris Doctor in 2024 at the University of Manitoba’s Robson Hall law school. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Winnipeg, graduating on the Dean’s List as a student of highest distinction in 2019.
April is developing a litigation practice with experience in both the defence and prosecution of regulatory and professional discipline matters, as well as in professional liability, workplace health and safety, and insurance disputes.
Prior to law school, April worked at Statistics Canada and CBC Manitoba in data journalism, where she developed her strong analytical and communication skills.
