Melissa Cattini a finalist for Female Trailblazer of the Year

Winnipeg-based lawyer Melissa Cattini has been selected as an “Excellence Awardee” (finalist) for Female Trailblazer of the Year (Private Practice) for the 2025 Canadian Law Awards.
This award recognizes lawyers in private practice who have demonstrated outstanding professional accomplishments, leadership and community involvement and have contributed to advancing gender equality in the legal profession in 2024.
Excellence Awardees are shortlisted from a pool of nominees based on industry experience, feedback and research conducted by Lexpert and Canadian Lawyer to identify exemplary individuals. Awardees are then scored by an independent panel of judges to select a single winner.
The winner will be announced at a gala event on Wednesday, May 7 in Toronto.
