Lawyer Riley Graydon joins MLT Aikins in Vancouver

In addition to having built a considerable reputation as a sophisticated and highly regarded lawyer in the Vancouver emerging technology space, Riley advises investors, entrepreneurs and private companies in all lifecycle stages on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; venture capital and private equity financings; recapitalizations; joint ventures and strategic alliances.
