More about me

Alyssa is a proud citizen of Métis Nation Saskatchewan. She began pursuing her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Saskatchewan College of Law after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in sociology, having graduated with great distinction. While attending the University of Saskatchewan, Alyssa held several leadership positions in a variety of campus law groups, including the Law Students’ Association, Indigenous Law Students’ Association, Corporate Law Club, Labour and Employment Law Club, Legal Follies Association, and Women in Law Club. In her last year of law school, Alyssa was a teaching assistant in the College of Law’s Kwayeskastasowin course and participated in the Kawaskimhon National Aboriginal Moot.
