Thor Hansell
Winnipeg partner Thor Hansell practises civil/commercial litigation. He is a strong advocate with a direct and practical approach to complex disputes. He has appeared before all courts in Manitoba, the Federal Court, the Tax Court of Canada, the Supreme Court of Canada and a wide variety of administrative tribunals. Thor has long been recognized as a leading practitioner in litigation and dispute resolution and professional liability/medical negligence by Lexpert and other publications.
Helga Van Iderstine
Helga Van Iderstine is an experienced litigator with a focus on administrative law, regulatory issues, professional liability, health care and utilities. A fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, she has broad experience in civil litigation, health law, human rights, energy regulation and personal injury.
Nicole Watson
A partner in our Winnipeg office, Nicole Watson maintains a civil litigation practice, focusing on areas of professional malpractice defence and administrative law. She assists clients with issues involving access to information and privacy, performs workplace investigations and advises producers and regulators on agricultural and food law. Based in Winnipeg, Nicole has been recognized by Lexpert since 2021 as a leading practitioner in medical negligence, representing defendants.
