More about me
Courtney is an associate lawyer whose practice focuses on wills, trusts, estate administration and succession planning for individuals, families and businesses in both Saskatchewan and Alberta. Drawing on years of experience in rural practice, she has a particular interest in intergenerational planning for agricultural operations and family-owned businesses.
After years of living on and assisting with a mixed grain and cattle farm, Courtney brings firsthand insight into the practical and emotional realities of farm succession, shared ownership and intergenerational transitions.
In 2024 she obtained her designation as a Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP), underscoring her commitment to thorough, detailed-focused work in trusts and estates, especially in situations involving complex family dynamics or long-term planning.
Courtney was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2021, having received her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2020. Prior to completing law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in 2017 from the University of Saskatchewan.
- Member, Law Society of Saskatchewan (2021–present)
