MLT Aikins is pleased to welcome associate lawyer Joe Soifer to the firm’s Edmonton office.
Joe’s practice focuses on guiding clients through the complexities of capital-raising, including public offerings and private placements, and advising on securities regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations. He routinely represents private clients in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, from initial due diligence and negotiation through to a successful closing.
Joe obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2017. Prior to completing law school, he received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta.
