Arjun Sodhi

Arjun advises investors, entrepreneurs and private companies across all stages of growth on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings.

Arjun was called to the Ontario bar in 2023 and the British Columbia bar in 2025. Arjun received his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University in 2022. He also earned a Certificate in International Business Law from the Bader International Study Centre in 2022. Prior to entering law school, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honours from the University of British Columbia in 2018.
