Terence Arthur

Terence maintains a general practice, assisting clients with a wide range of matters, including general civil litigation, commercial and residential real estate, wills and estate planning, construction and builder’s liens, employment, insurance, professional liability, personal injury, family law, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, foreclosures, landlord and tenant matters and commercial litigation. He has successfully represented clients in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench and the Provincial Court of Alberta.

Grayson Bateyko

Grayson’s practice focuses primarily on litigation, both civil and commercial. He routinely advises clients on contractual disputes, commercial litigation, defamation claims, shareholder disputes and litigation under the Business Corporations Act, debt claims, consumer protection matters, construction law, wrongful dismissal claims, insurance claims, professional liability matters, personal injury matters, all areas of family law, bankruptcy, human rights claims and landlord/tenant disputes. He has successfully represented his clients in the Alberta Court of Appeal, Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Justice, the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service, the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal and the Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan.
