Terence maintains a general practice, assisting clients with a wide range of matters, including general civil litigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions and disputes, wills and estate planning, construction and builder’s liens, employment, insurance, professional liability, personal injury, family law, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, foreclosures, landlord and tenant matters and corporate commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes under the Alberta Business Corporations Act and partnership disputes under the Alberta Partnership Act. He has represented clients in the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Residential Tenancies Dispute Resolution Service, the Public Lands Appeal Board and the Alberta Human Rights Commission.

Early in his legal career he practiced law in rural Alberta, assisting clients with issues pertaining to farming, agriculture, energy, waste disposal, construction and various trades. He has practiced as a civil litigator in Edmonton since 2021, appearing before various Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitrators to litigate disputes.
