Tyson advises clients on matters related to economic development, lands, renewables, corporate governance and finance.

His experience includes drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, purchase and sale agreements and credit agreements. Tyson also has experience guiding clients through on-reserve project development, land management and infrastructure financing.

Tyson obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021 and has been called to both the Saskatchewan and Alberta Bar.

Tyson is a proud member of Zagime Anishinabek First Nation.
