Andy Chow to speak at BC Beer Conference on October 17

On Friday, October 17, MLT Aikins lawyer Andy Chow will speak at this year’s BC Beer Conference. The event, hosted by the BC Craft Brewers Guild and proudly sponsored in part by MLT Aikins, brings together industry stakeholders for two days of networking and educational sessions.
Andy will be speaking at “Trademark Mastery: Crafting Strategy and Navigating Cease-and-Desist.” The session will cover trademark issues and infringement, all while going through the essentials of a comprehensive trademark strategy. Attendees will learn how to evaluate the threat of a trademark-related cease-and-desist and what strategies to employ in response. MLT Aikins lawyer Riley Graydon will also be attending the event.
