Merrissa has a broad corporate and commercial practice that encompasses corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance and general corporate matters.
Merrissa obtained her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021. Prior to completing law school, she received her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Music.
