Aleem joins the firm as a partner in the corporate/commercial law group. Aleem’s corporate/commercial practice includes banking and commercial lending, private mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and reorganizations. He has extensive experience in the area of real estate law advising on all matters relating to land development, the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, commercial leasing and also in the area of franchise law.
