As an Elected Director, Jessica plans to continue her support of inclusion and belonging efforts within the association, while also ensuring that new and existing members have access to the tools and resources they need to have the best membership experience possible. She has reaffirmed her commitment to driving positive progress for AILA initiatives and plans to meaningfully support the association’s mission by leveraging her passion for proactive and innovative solutions and the insights she’s earned over a decade as a proud AILA member. 

About Jessica 

Jessica practises Canadian and U.S. immigration law and maintains a Foreign Legal Consultant permit from the Law Society of Manitoba, allowing her to practise U.S. law in Manitoba. 

She is dual-licensed and is a member in good standing of the Manitoba, Minnesota and North Dakota Bars, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
