MLT Aikins was pleased to represent company Lithium Chile Inc. in connection with the LIFE offering of 15.95-million units of the company at a price per unit of $0.50 for aggregate gross proceeds of $7.975 million. 

MLT Aikins partner John Brigidear acted as lead on the transaction, with support by partner Mark Mielke and associate Devon Fjellner. John, Mark and Devon are based in the firm’s Calgary office.
