On Tuesday, October 21, MLT Aikins lawyer Scott Bell will speak at the 2025 Saskatchewan Association of Rehabilitation Centres (SARC) Fall Conference in Saskatoon. An annual networking and training conference, the two-day event features professional development streams for executive directors, senior leaders and boards of directors in the nonprofit sector. 

Scott will be presenting a session on foreign worker recruitment, covering topics relevant to organizations who currently employ, or are seeking to employ, temporary foreign workers in Saskatchewan. Key takeaways will include a review of the current state of the federal Temporary Foreign Worker Program and the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) process, as well as federal and provincial compliance considerations for foreign worker management and ways in which organizations can access support from the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP).
