Tom has significant transactional experience in the energy sector, advising upstream and midstream oil and gas and oilfield services companies, in addition to corporate, receiver-manager/trustee and secured lending clients, on a variety of domestic and international energy matters.
Tom’s experience ranges from due diligence and title review to interpretation of, and negotiating and preparing, energy-related agreements. He has played a role in numerous energy transactions including deals involving oil and gas, coal and other mined commodities, as well as renewable energy transactions, including deals involving solar, wind and biomass projects.
