Brian Wirachowsky

Brian is part of the MLT Aikins litigation team, practising primarily in complex commercial litigation. Brian has a particular focus in representing clients in debt recovery and secured realization/foreclosures, helping clients realize on debts in an expedient and economic manner. He also routinely acts for clients in litigation or alternative dispute resolution related to real estate matters; commercial lease disputes; corporate/financial mismanagement and oppression claims. Brian has had the opportunity to work on several cases involving rarely addressed constitutional law disputes.

Brian has, and continues to be, very involved in Saskatchewan’s sports community. He played junior football with the Regina Thunder for the duration of his undergraduate degree and the Saskatchewan Huskies during his first year of law school, where his team won national semifinals. During law school, Brian worked as a research assistant, addressing various constitutional law topics. He explored these topics further as president of the Runnymede Society’s Saskatchewan chapter, attending multiple national conferences.
