Carter is an associate in the firm’s Winnipeg office with experience in corporate/commercial and real estate law.
Carter practises in the area of corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on commercial real estate, commercial financing and real property matters. He has experience with preparing and reviewing various types of commercial agreements, including purchase agreements, co-ownership agreements, and limited partnership agreements.
Carter also acts for various chartered banks, financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions.
