Dani Nichols maintains a general corporate/commercial practice. She is based out of the firm’s Saskatoon office.

Dani maintains a general corporate/commercial law practice advising Indigenous communities and organizations across Western Canada on economic development, gaming, housing, commercial leasing, corporate governance, structure and finance.

Her experience includes developing, drafting and negotiating contracts for construction projects and the procurement of goods and services. Dani is an MBA graduate from the University of Saskatchewan, giving her a more comprehensive understanding of the issues corporate clients face.

Dani obtained her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021. During law school she served as a student editor for the 2019-2020 Saskatchewan Law Review. For two summers Dani worked as a legal student at a western Canadian full-service co-operative where she gained experience conducting legal research, drafting legal memorandums and other legal documents.

Prior to law school she completed a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction and honours, majoring in marketing.
