Devon assists a variety of businesses on general corporate and commercial matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, transactions, capital raisings, securities law and corporate governance.
Devon obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2023. Prior to entering law school, she completed a Bachelor of Commerce from MacEwan University with distinction.
Devon serves as a director on the board of YW Calgary.
Devon developed and acted as the project lead for the immigration project for Student Legal Services at the University of Alberta.

- Acted for a technology company in its short-form prospectus offering on the TSX-V
- Acted as local counsel with respect to a London Stock Exchange (AIM) listing
