Doug’s practice is focused on providing advice to both public and private enterprises, including with regards to public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions (including plans of arrangement), private equity investments, corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, stock exchange listings and other transactions. He also assists counsel in other jurisdictions on matters of Manitoba law, particularly as it relates to offerings of securities.
