Emily maintains a general corporate commercial practice in the firm’s Saskatoon office.

Emily maintains a general corporate and commercial law practice focused on private mergers and acquisitions, matters within the resource sector and financing. Her experience also includes assisting on corporate reorganizations, commercial leasing, land purchase/option agreements, and corporate governance. Emily is an MBA graduate from the University of Saskatchewan giving her a wider understanding of the issues corporate clients face.

Prior to law school, Emily completed a Bachelor of Public Administration with high honours from the University of Saskatchewan. During her undergraduate degree, Emily competed on the Huskies Track and Field team and was on the Academic All-Canadian Team.
