Gillian’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, though she also has a growing practice in insurance defence and construction law. She has appeared on behalf of clients at both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. Gillian received her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2023.
Gillian’s analytical approach to practicing law is informed by her scientific background, having earned a Bachelor of Science specializing in immunology and infection at the University of Alberta in 2018, prior to entering law school. While in law school, Gillian volunteered with both the Law Students’ Society and Pro Bono Students Canada.
