Jason’s practice includes corporate tax planning advice and commercial documentation of business entity acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations, preparation of shareholder, general and limited partnership agreements, non-arm’s length corporate reorganizations and estate planning transactions, preparation of succession planning instruments including wills and trusts and taxation dispute resolution advice and appeal submissions to both CRA Appeals and the Tax Court of Canada.
