Jayelle practises in the area of corporate/commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and commercial financing. She has experience working with local, national and international businesses, including franchises and non-profits, across a variety of industries.

Jayelle summered with the firm in 2021 and obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2022. She returned to the firm complete her articles in 2023. During law school, Jayelle was the senior student editor of the Manitoba Law Journal’s special annual issue, “Underneath the Golden Boy,” an issue devoted to legislation and public policy. She also worked as a student intern with Christian Legal Fellowship, with a research focus on Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms issues.
