Luc is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial group, with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions. He has experience advising on transactions across a broad range of industries in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and the United States.
Prior to joining the firm, Luc received his JD from the University of Manitoba in 2025. Before law school, Luc earned a Bachelor of Commerce with honours in finance and accounting from the University of Manitoba, where he also competed as a national-level sprinter in track and field.
