Nigel is a partner carrying on general corporate and commercial practice, with particular expertise in environmental law and mining law matters.

In the area of commercial law, Nigel regularly represents clients in purchase and sales of businesses and financing transactions. He regularly assists in the formation of Manitoba limited partnerships. In commercial real estate matters, he advises clients in the purchase and sale of land and lease negotiations. In environmental law matters, he regularly advises clients on how environmental law has impacts on business activities and transactions, and provides advice respecting environmental compliance and liability issues. In mining law matters, he regularly advises clients on the acquisition and financing of mineral leases and mining claims.
