Nika is a business and commercial lawyer with over 15 years of experience advising clients on contracts, procurement, negotiations, intellectual property, commercial disputes and the legal considerations involved in building, operating and selling businesses. She works with companies across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, infrastructure (including data centres), hospitality, marketing and advertising, and professional services. She combines the perspectives of private practice, in-house counsel and legal-tech founder to deliver advice that is strategic, practical and aligned with clients’ business goals.

Originally growing up in Kelowna, Nika returned to her hometown after practicing for almost a decade in Calgary. She now supports businesses throughout the Okanagan, Vancouver, Calgary and Western Canada, as well as international clients with Canadian operations or contracting needs.
