Saul received his JD from the University of Maryland School of Law and his LLM (Taxation) the from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC. Saul is admitted to practise in the District of Columbia, Florida, Maryland and Alberta as a Foreign Legal Consultant. He has years of experience counselling clients regarding domestic and international U.S. income and estate tax law — not only with cross border business expansion, but private equity transactions, estate and succession planning and related matters. Saul’s experience includes:
