Shea practises civil/commercial litigation. He has a strong background in contract law and commercial disputes, in addition to construction, health-care and real estate litigation.
Shea practises civil litigation with a particular focus on contract law and commercial disputes. This includes preparation and review of contract documents, contractual disputes, real estate disputes, employment issues and enforcement of payment clauses.
He has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of Canada, and various hearing and arbitration panels for self-regulating organizations.
